Repeat Infringer Policy

Lyrics Site reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also remove content that is the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.

Response Time

We will process valid DMCA notices and counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law. Typically, we aim to respond within 24-48 hours of receiving a complete and valid notice.

Safe Harbor Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). Lyrics Site qualifies for safe harbor protection as a service provider that:

False Claims
